Science Fair Registration Forms need to be turned in by this Friday, February 26th. Please consider doing the Science Fair. It's a great way to get students involved by using their creativity and spark their interest to learn.

Science: Our class has put together a science project. Not to enter in the science fair but just a way to get them interested and familiar with the process. Here's some pictures above showing what we did.

On Friday our school will be having a Magic Show as our reward for getting 100% homework! Also, on Friday I will be adding one more page to homework. It will be a writing page with a prompt. Please have your child write a paragraph and complete the rubric on the back.

Math: Continue practicing double-digit addition and subtraction at home.

This week's math focus:
  • Subtraction with regrouping.
  • Compare objects according to length.
  • Identify the appropriate numbers and operation (addition or subtraction) and use them to solve a story problem.
